🎤 In this exclusive interview, JLAU is delighted to welcome actress Wavy Zhao from the film Finch & Midland (今天應該很高興) to share her acting journey and behind-the-scenes experiences from the production.
During the conversation, Wavy talks about how she officially stepped into the entertainment industry in recent years, gradually progressing from a background actor to appearing on the big screen. She also reflects on her long-standing passion for acting and her determination to pursue her dream.
Wavy also shares the emotional journey of portraying the character Wendy in the film, including her experience filming an intimacy scene for the first time. She recalls the nervousness and preparation involved, and mentions that an intimacy coordinator was present on set to ensure that actors could perform in a safe and comfortable environment.
In addition, Wavy speaks about her memorable experience acting opposite veteran Hong Kong actor Patrick Tam, as well as one of her most impactful scenes — a karaoke scene that highlights the character’s vulnerability and emotional connection.
